Community Projects - Lusaka Half Day Tour

Itinerary

This tour will take you away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and your will be helping the local community with your visit. Your first stop will be at the Chikumbuso Women and Orphans project. Chikumbuso is a grassroots project which provides an alternative lifestyle to the most vulnerable women and children in the township. The women make bags from recycled plastic so don’t forget to take some cash with you so you can buy a bag providing you with a souvenir and a lady with some income for her family.

• Duration: 4 hours
• Operational between 08:00 and 17:00 (includes a driver)
• Minimum 2 pax
• Maximum 10 pax
• Driver will have a list of restaurant recommendations in the area (at your own expense)
• Please bring cash in small change for spending (Zambian Kwacha)
• A tailor-made day trip can be organised for you with a maximum of 8 hours and a restriction of 100 km
